Leading timeshare holiday specialist Silverpoint Vacations has appointed former RCI executive Diana Aitchison as the company’s chief operating officer.
As an industry veteran, Aitchison will bring over 20 years of experience to the role, which the company hopes will help it to expand further.
Mark Cushway, Silverpoint CEO, welcomed the new appointment, saying: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Diana to Silverpoint and we are excited about the positive effect she will have on the company’s plans for expansion.

Aitchison’s new role will include all new project management, as well as the management of Silverpoint Vacations interactions and the overseeing of human resources and accounting and financial processes.
Aitchison added: “I aim to bring my experience in dealing with all sorts of areas to this new role. I
“I learned a lot working for Nexus Leisure and RCI and hopefully my project management skills will stand me in good stead.”
Silverpoint has a busy year lined up, with plans including the opening of multiple new sales centres in Europe. Four are due to open within the next few months, with one opening in Lithuania last month.
