The Villa Group renews its affiliation with Interval International

Take a beautiful beachfront setting, add a luxury resort featuring spacious accommodation and mix well with superb service and amenities and you have the recipe for a successful vacation ownership brand.

Interval International has announced the renewal of its multi-site affiliation agreements with The Villa Group. The Mexico-based group is one of the country’s leading independent hospitality development companies and it has partnered with Interval now for over a quarter of a decade.

The long-term contracts include seven existing shared ownership resorts in highly sought after holiday destinations in Mexico, including Puerto Vallarta and the Baja Peninsula.

The Villa Group started out in the vacation ownership business almost thirty years ago, in 1984, with its Villa del Mar resort in Puerto Vallarta, followed by Villa del Palmar in the same location. Later, the company added Villa del Palmar Cabo in the Baja Peninsula and now the group’s portfolio also includes Villa del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort & Spa in Riviera Nayarit, Villa del Arco in Cabo San Lucas, Villa del Palmar Cancun Mujeres Beach Resort & Spa in Cancun, and Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa at the Islands of Loreto.
