Regal Oaks, a resort just 3 miles east of Walt Disney World®, Orlando,is getting a princely makeover following its purchase by Club La Costa Resorts & Hotels.
Club La Costa, which trades in America as CLC (™), has a major refurbishment and improvement programme for the existing resort, while selling 69 built town houses initially and constructing more going forward.
Brad Margison, director of Club La Costa freehold, says Regal Oaks, which was bought at a competitive price, will offer great value freehold homes, especially with current exchange rates, and should prove irresistible to shrewd customers anticipating Florida’s economic turnabout.
Club La Costa’s first Orlando property: ‘Encantada’, which was purchased in 2010 and also lies close to Disney World®, has virtually sold out; it opened its doors to holidaying guests and members in April.
Regal Oaks, a CLC Worldwide resort, sits directly behind Kissimmee Old Town with conserved forestry along one boundary, it features a lake and swimming pool complex with lazy river, waterfalls and waterslide. CLC landscaping will ensure greenery surrounds the avenues of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom town homes, which are offered in a choice of four design models and with Club La Costa specification furniture and furnishings.
In the short term, upgrading of the main entrance will indicate the “better things to come” for the resort, with a 1000m2 two-storey clubhouse with reception, gym, shop, coffee shop, lounge and internet areas, part of the ongoing plans.
“With more than 50million* visitors in 2010, a record breaking figure, Orlando’s worldwide popularity is enduring – not only for its exciting theme parks, which have something new each year, but also for the full holiday package that is Florida,” says Margison.
Regal Oaks fulfils the Club La Costa strategy to build where there is popular demand. Every child wants to go to Disney, and parents love the Florida lifestyle. “By owning at Regal Oaks or Encantada, generations of the same family can enjoy the very best this spectacular area has to offer.”
