Interval International adds Bali luxury resort to its portfolio

Interval International has announced that it is to add Bali’s glamorous Astana Lifestyle Club to its portfolio.

The Club includes shared ownership units in three separate resorts, including Seminyak – one of the Indonesian island’s most fashionable neighbourhoods – and Sanur Beach, famous for its white sands and coral reef.

Joe Hickman, executive director of Asia-Pacific for Interval International, said:  “Astana Villas is a family-owned resort group with a reputation for developing properties that marry luxury with comfort and affordability.

“We applaud the company on its entry into shared ownership and are delighted to add Astana Lifestyle Club to our worldwide exchange network.”

Joe Neale, director of operations for Astana Lifestyle Club, added: “Choosing Interval International to be our vacation exchange partner was integral to the success of our first shared ownership venture.

“We look forward to welcoming Interval members to experience the best of Bali.”

Astana Batubelig Suite Villa includes one-bedroom units and is based in Seminyak, close to Bali’s best shopping, dining, and nightlife, while Astana Kunti Suite Apartment and Villa has both studios and one- and two-bedroom suite apartments.

Meanwhile, Astana Pengembak Suite Apartment and Villa is based near Sanur Beach and offers mainly studios, although there is one three-bedroom suite apartment.

All units are furnished in modern style with Balinese touches. Each property features a restaurant and offers room and laundry services, while the one, two, and three-bedroom units also have a private pool.

En-suite amenities include a flat-screen cable TV, DVD player, stereo, and Wi-Fi, while housekeeping is also included.
