Fractional ownership is heading for Bulgaria.
Fractional ownership is set to be introduced in Bulgaria, with property consultants OOD (BPC) planning to launch a product in the eastern European country.
The organisation has come up with a new business system which calculates the viability and effectiveness of a fractional ownership club system, meaning it can offer tailor-made applications that can match up with any specific project, Fractional Life has reported.
BPC has claimed that it has seen significant interest in its new offering from a number of sources including the hotel sector and the Bulgarian Banks, the fractional website revealed.
The company also said that it has already launched sales of the Fractional Club Cabacum Beach, its first project, and is now in the process of due diligence and the preparation to introduce its fractional ownership club application in two other major resorts.
It recently emerged that Bulgaria had launched its bid for inclusion in the eurozone.
