Interval International confirmed as a platinum sponsor for October's Asia Pacific event, AOCAP


Interval International will once again be a sponsor at platinum level at the Alternative Ownership Conference Asia-Pacific (AOCAP) which takes place 15-16 October at the Ritz-Carlton Kowloon in Hong Kong.


“The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Building the Platform for Growth’” said Darren Ettridge, Interval’s senior vice president of resort sales and business development for Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa. “We look forward to joining our industry colleagues in exploring opportunities in the region.”  Ettridge will be moderating a panel on consumer finance and welcoming guests at the Interval-hosted gala dinner.


Joe Hickman, Interval’s vice president and executive director for Asia-Pacific, will participate on a conference panel entitled “Would you rather a seat at the table or be on the menu?” which will look at regulatory initiatives across the region.


AOCAP expects to attract more than 200 delegates from across Asia and beyond, including government officials, tourism organizations, tourism policy makers and regional hospitality companies.


Other delegates expected to attend include domestic and international hotel and resort owners and operators, resort management and shared ownership companies, fractional sales and marketing companies, and real estate developers, who will be heading to Kowloon next month to discuss key industry topics that affect the wider Asian market at this year’s conference.
