Top 10 Selling Florida Timeshare Resorts Named

Stroman Realty has announced its top 10 selling timeshare resorts in Florida.

The top selling timeshare on the secondary market was found to be Sheraton's Vistana Orlando, with Orange Lake Country Club - Holiday Inn Club Vacations coming in 2nd.

Orange Lake Country Club is the largest timeshare development in North America and offers activities and amenities to suit people of all ages, according to Stroman, the world's biggest resort timeshare resale broker.

HGVClub at Sea World Orlando was 3rd with its Bermuda seaside village theme.

It is a Hilton Grand Vacation Club timeshare resort, which are regularly purchased by those who already own timeshares in the Hilton family of resorts, Stroman explained.

Marriott's Cypress Harbour timeshare resort in Orlando came in 4th, while the same company's Grande Vista took 5th place.

Westgate Vacation Villas, Sheraton's Vistana Villages, Wyndham Cypress Palms, Vacation Villas at Fantasy World and Cypress Pointe Resort made up the remainder of the list.
