El Faro Residences, an exclusive mixed-use complex in the Riviera Maya, has joined the Interval International exchange network.
Developed by Cantex Enterprises S. A. de C. V., the resort is comprised of 64 luxury condo-hotel suites with views of the Caribbean Sea and direct access to nearly 250 feet of beachfront. On-site amenities include a beach club, exercise room, restaurant, bar, concierge and room service.
“We look forward to working with the Cantex team as they launch a shared ownership component at El Faro,” said Marcos Agostini, Interval’s vice president of resort sales and service for Latin America. “With its location on a landmark historic site in the heart of Playa del Carmen, the property is an outstanding addition to Interval’s resort collection.”
Alexander Bykovets, vice president of Cantex Enterprises S. A. de C. V. added: “Our owners and guests enjoy high-quality guest service standards and we’re on the same page with Interval when it comes to exceeding their expectations.”
The Riviera Maya is famous for its intriguing mix of lush tropical rainforests, mysterious Mayan sites, and diving and fishing experiences, and the shopping, dining and attractions in Playa del Carmen are excellent.
Interval International was founded in 1976. Based in Miami, Florida, the leading exchange network has approximately 2,700 resorts in more than 75 countries, and offices in 15 countries.
