Fine & Country Plans to Bring Fractional Ownership into the Mainstream Estate Agency Business

Fine & Country is set to launch a fractional sales unit over its 350 licensed affiliates throughout the UK and Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Richard Combellack, head of Fine & Country International, told Fractional Life that the new side of the business has been approved by the board and the steering committee is happy for it to launch as well.

Speaking to the website, Mr Combellack said that the company is planning to bring fractional into the mainstream estate agency business with the Fine & Country Fractional offering.

Having worked for a number of companies involved in the fractional industry, he believes the product is a very sensible one, particularly with the current economic conditions being as they are.

He added that no other major agent is carrying out such an operation as this.

Fine & Country's showroom is based in Park Lane, Mayfair, but the company has 250 offices in locations across the world.
