'Now Time to Buy' US Timeshare

Now is a great time to buy timeshare property in the US as confidence is returning to the market.

Marc Da-Silva, editor at real estate adviser HomesOverseas.co.uk stated that figures published earlier this week by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) indicating that the number of pending property sales in the US has increased for six consecutive months is good news for the sector.

He also believes that the country will always appeal to Europeans looking to buy timeshare as it boasts excellent weather, is English-speaking and is easily accessible with daily flights to and from Europe.

Mr Da-Silva went on to say that Florida is the most popular place for Europeans looking to buy in the US and said that purchasers should currently be able to benefit from both the strength of the exchange rate and the strength of property prices.

The NAR study found that contract activity for pending US property sales increased by 3.2 per cent in July compared with June.
