The properties in the programme share the highest levels of quality and triple A locations. They include the Arcos Gardens Golf & Country Estate, which is situated in the heart of traditional Spain in Andalucia, close to the historic towns of Cadiz and Seville. The property is a fusion of the modern and the rustic and owners can enjoy preferential golf memberships on a Landmark-designed course. While Venice on Water offers the unique experience of living on a luxury houseboat in Italy’s most sought-after destination. Owners can relax on the boat in the marina or cruise the iconic Venetian waterways. The vessels feature designer interiors with original artworks.
