The prestigious event will run from October 28 until October 29 and provides a forum for prospective entrants, developers, hoteliers, lenders and service providers to hear about trends and opportunities.
The conference also gives people the chance to explore the shared ownership business models available.
Anthony Melchiorri, host of The Travel Channel’s Hotel Impossible, will be the featured speaker and will also conduct a question and answer session.

One of this year’s key topics will investigate how product forms, including timeshare, resort conversions, fractional development, and private residence clubs, are evolving.
Mark Schaefer, one of the world’s most celebrated social-media authorities and author, will also be on-hand to share his expertise.
Other speakers will include executives from Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, Hyatt Residential Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and the American Resort Development Association.
Additional program highlights include discussions on the state of global tourism and the U.S. timeshare industry, Wall Street’s perspective on the industry, funding and marketing channels, and the popular “Meet the Leaders” session.
