Global resort and timeshare firm Interval International has announced that it is to extend its members’ benefits program with car rental company Hertz.
Interval Gold, Interval Platinum and Club Interval Gold members can now sign up to the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards scheme and redeem their points against weekend car rental as part of the new initiative.
Benefits will also include being able to skip car rental queues at more than 40 of the world’s busiest airports, and also take advantage of ‘express returns’.
Sharon Freed, Interval’s senior vice president of consumer marketing, said: “We are pleased to enrich the value of Interval’s upgraded memberships as part of our long-term relationship with Hertz.
“We encourage members to enrol in the new program to take advantage of the bonus offer and receive other Hertz discounts.”
Robert Stuart, Hertz’s senior vice president of global sales and marketing, added: “We continue to make the program faster, easier, more flexible, and, most importantly, a greater value for our members.
“Hertz Gold Plus Rewards is designed to provide better travel experiences for our members around the world while giving them the most rewarding awards program in the industry.”
Interval members in the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean are eligible for the bonus offer, which varies for those residing in other countries.
Points don’t expire with rental activity and can be redeemed online. Members can learn more by visiting www.IntervalWorld.com.
