RCI has unveiled plans to expand its Platinum membership, which now has more than 200,000 members.
Platinum level provides a range of holiday travel and lifestyle benefits, including discounts at European golf courses and wellness centres, access to airport VIP lounges and membership to ‘tastecard’, the UK and Ireland’s largest dining club.
The latest addition to the programme is Priority Access, which gives RCI Platinum members exclusive access to city break destinations such as Paris, Dubai and Chicago.
RCI is also inviting members to meet with RCI staff to discuss their needs to help improve products and services. Regular surveys will also be conducted with members across Europe.
Sean Lowe, managing director for RCI Europe, Middle East, Africa and India, said: “Providing our members with the best possible products and services – sometimes in response to their own requests – has always been at the heart of all we do.
“This is why RCI continues to be unrivalled in the provision of exchange holiday services, offering a unique, fully transparent system which delivers the most flexible holiday lifestyle options to our members.
“We will never rest on our laurels and constantly look for ways to meet the needs and expectations of our members, whether that means providing new accommodation options or lifestyle benefits, to enable them to get even more out of their timeshare ownership.”
RCI Platinum membership is the highest level of subscribing membership offered by RCI, which provides members with a range of valuable additional benefits, in addition to all the great benefits included as an RCI Points® subscribing member.
Through RCI Platinum, members have access to even more exchange opportunities, have opportunities for unit upgrades and rebates, and can take advantage of a wide range of Platinum Discounts to get even more from the membership, whether on abroad on holiday, or at home.
