Oktoberfest Highlighted as Event For Everyone

Munich's Oktoberfest is great for timeshare owners of all different ages and even has a lot to offer families, it has been said.

Karoline Graf, from the Munich Tourist Office, explained that there is a wide selection of events during the festival, with some of the highlights taking place at the start.

One of these high points is the entry of the host of breweries on the first day of the Oktoberfest on September 19th, with a parade featuring beautiful horses and brewery coaches kicking-off as early as 10am, Ms Graf noted.

Another parade is held on the first Sunday of Oktoberfest, she reported, when people come from all over Europe in traditional costumes and takes place in any weather conditions, even rain.

More than six million litres of beer will be drunk this year at Oktoberfest, according to the organisers.

The festival runs until October 4th and one litre of beer will cost timeshare owners between €8.30 (£7.24) and €8.60 (£7.50).
