Eurostar is helping passengers get in the mood for love this Valentine’s Day with a host of romantic surprises.
The high-speed passenger service will treat couples heading off on an amorous getaway on February 14 with ticket giveaways.
Lucky customers can win exclusive upgrades, chocolates and mini bottles of Cava, while starry-eyed couples can take away a romantic memento in one of Eurostar’s love photo booths.
The booths will be based in the departure lounges at London St Pancras, Paris Gare du Nord and Brussels Midi stations.
Mary Walsh, Director of Communications for Eurostar, said: “Each year, we see a jump in Valentine’s bookings as couples across the country fall for the romantic pull of Paris.
“Our on-board crews have seen their fair share of marriage proposals and with all these romantic activities across our stations this Valentine’s Day, this year will be no exception.”
Eurostar recently announced a new service all the way to Marseille in the south of France, which will be welcome news for timeshare owners wanting to visit their French resorts but who want to avoid airport queues or are not keen on flying.
