One of the world’s top “100% guaranteed winter sun” timeshare destinations, Dubai, will soon be welcoming the main players in real estate to its warm winter shores.
The tourism elite will gather in Dubai as it plays host to the 10th International Property Show this April.
The show will be held from April 8-10 in the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, and is expected to attract 300 companies from 80 countries.
The exhibition has become one of the leading regional real-estate meeting platforms for developers, investors and companies in the sector.
Sponsored by over 80 media partners, the 10th edition of the show has attracted 60% of property developers and 40% of property related sectors.
HE Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, director general of the Dubai Land Department, said that the show offers a unique opportunity for people to clinch lucrative business and investment deals.
He added: “We are witnessing an extraordinary period and the UAE is a fundamental pillar of this growth. The huge investments being made by local and regional companies in the development of infrastructure are among the greatest not only in the MENA region but also globally.”
Dawood Al Shezawi, one of the organisers of the International Property Show, added: “We anticipate major regional and international participation in the International Property Show mainly because it is the first edition after Dubai won the bid for hosting Expo 2020.
“There is growing interest from real-estate developers from all over the world in the local market, especially Dubai, which is witnessing dynamic growth in the construction and infrastructure sectors.”
Exhibitors are expected to travel from across Europe, as well as Asia Pacific and North and South-East Africa.
These will include developers involved in the development of residential communities and high-rise buildings, entertainment facilities, retail outlets, financial institutions, banks and investment companies, pension funds, asset management companies, authorities, investment zones and engineers of construction and interior design.
