‘California’ style comes to Kusadasi, CLC’s second Turkish resort

CLC’s second Turkish resort (and the first to feature a golf course) will be getting a splash of “California” style, the hallmark of its interior-designed flagship resorts in southern Spain

Kusadasi Village is the first in the CLC portfolio to feature an 18-hole golf course and it’s another first for Kusadasi itself. Situated south of Izmir on the west coast of Turkey on the Aegean Coast, the area is ripe with history, legends and ancient monuments, and renowned for its olive groves and pretty coastline.

Apartments at the new mixed use resort, which features 750 units (with 500 more planned), are being sold as luxury freehold holiday homes and come with a leaseback rental programme. CLC Vacation Club members will be able to use the apartments with 50% off specified weeks during its first year.

At the heart of Kusadasi Village will be the Atrium, a 45,000 square foot centre with reception, bar, lounge areas, shops, luxury spa with Turkish ‘hammam’, beauty and fitness, indoor pool, restaurant and more.

The accommodation addresses – The Oaks, The Olives and The Pines – will have separate pool and bar facilities. The resort’s signature restaurant is Millennium, and other dining options include an à la carte menu served at The Fairways Restaurant on the golf course, and the Club La Costa Beach Club restaurant.

Sport will be taking a front seat at Kusadasi with a variety of outdoor activities on offer. There are plans for 11 outdoor pools, 8 children’s pools, 2 tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, mini-golf, a kids’ club, daily activities programme, children’s playground, and even a lake with remote-powered boats.

The “California”-style interiors will be similarly styled to those at Malibu Mansions and Santa Cruz Suites in Spain; all apartments (ranging from 1 bedroom/1 bathroom to 3 bedroom/3 bathroom) will be finished to high standards in modern, neutral tones with stylish contemporary furnishings.

Kusadasi Village is scheduled to open next year.
