Hilton Grand Vacations has unveiled its newest resort, located on the glamorous, sun-soaked island of Hawaii.
Hokulani Waikiki is a new and contemporary urban timeshare property, based in the dynamic hub of Waikiki on famous Kalakaua Avenue.
The resort’s opening will complete the vibrant Waikiki Beach Walk development, which has become renowned for its premier shopping, dining and entertainment.
The resort features Waikiki’s only open-air and rooftop pool bar, perfect for watching Hawaii’s famous sunsets.
Bryan Klum, executive vice president of Hilton Grand Vacations-Asia Pacific, said: “Hokulani Waikiki is designed for sophisticated, cosmopolitan travelers – visitors who want to be right in the center of Waikiki’s excitement and energy.
“The resort has a great location, just two blocks from the beach and steps away from popular dining and shopping. But what really sets Hokulani apart is its design approach, which combines a distinctive Hawaiian style with a vibrant, urban aesthetic.”
The 14-storey property includes 143 one-bedroom suites with sophisticated and personalised touches, as well as a private balcony boasting city or skyline viiews.
Each unit ranges from 545 to 575 square feet and includes a boutique kitchen with a two-burner cook top, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and Tassimo espresso maker.
The living area features a sleeper sofa and coffee table, as well as a cozy dining area, and an integrated TV and gaming entertainment system. T
Meanwhile, the spacious bathroom boasts a soaker tub and separate shower room, washlet with bidet and a LCD screen integrated within the vanity mirror.
Owners and guests can also access the exclusive Nalani Pool, Waikiki’s only open-air rooftop pool bar featuring sweeping views across Kalakaua Avenue, the Koolau mountain range, Diamond Head, and the Pacific Ocean.
