Dial An Exchange opens new office in Cairo

Long established vacation exchange and fractional specialists DAE www.daelive.com now have an office in Egypt, to serve timeshare owners in a region poised for growth within the shared ownership sector of the holiday industry.

Commenting on the opening of its brand new Cairo office, Dial An Exchange’s recently appointed business development director in Egypt, Mr. Ahmed Adel Saleh, said: “Egypt and North East Africa and the Middle East are incredibly important growth markets for the vacation and leisure industries.”

The new customer service centre is located at 2 Alshahid Ismail Fahmy St, Almaza, Heliopolis.

DAE’s first office opened in Australia 17 years ago, and the company now has offices in a variety of global locations including Asia, South Africa, Europe and the Americas.

“At DAE, we are committed to expanding our services to provide a strong exchange alternative for the many timeshare members in this region, and for our global members who wish to travel to this incredible part of the world,” said Francis Taylor, CEO and co-founder of DAE.

“In the short time Ahmed has been part of the DAE team, he has led the charge and made fantastic inroads in the Egyptian market, which is the reason opening a new customer service centre has been made possible.”

“He has done a great job securing new business opportunities in Egypt and surrounding regions considering the difficult circumstances of unrest in the Middle East and north east Africa in recent years.

“Opening our brand new office in Cairo ensures we can provide a quality exchange alternative for the existing and growing vacation ownership industry in this important geographic region of the world. We wish to congratulate Ahmed on this fantastic achievement, and extend a warm invitation to new and existing timeshare owners and partners in Egypt to experience the DAE difference.”
