  • Demand for vacation exchange and resort rentals in the Caribbean is strong at present and Interval International is continuing to affiliate new projects across the region.

    This is according to David Gilbert, executive vice-president of resort sales and marketing for Interval International, who said that shared ownership offers resort developers a convincing business model that provides higher occupancy levels than hotels.
