Bali Palms Resort Chooses Interval International

Tranquil escape showcases Bali’s natural beauty and easy living lifestyle

Just steps from the sand in the east Bali town of Candi Dasa, at Bali Palms resort the pace is slow, the beaches are secluded and the setting is soothing – coastal breezes, swaying palms and panoramic views of the ocean.

Bali Palms has just joined leading exchange organisation Interval International, part of the worldwide Interval Leisure Group, and the resort is offering fractional vacations in its studios and one or two-bedroom apartments which are available in three, six or nine month increments.

“East Bali has some of the country’s most spectacular scenery, including beautiful rice fields and terraces and tropical forests,” says developer Ken Birch. He and his wife, who is president of the resort, built and now manage Bali Palms. “We know Interval members are accustomed to a certain level of quality and service and our aim is to provide owners and guests with the very best of both. We look forward to welcoming them in true Balinese style.”

Outside, the views take in small islands dotted in the ocean, the mountains (including Bali’s highest, the sacred Mount Agung) and the properties are set in lush landscaped gardens.
Inside, the interiors are contemporary and include satellite TV, DVDs and wi-fi, and the apartments have their own private balconies or porches.

“In East Bali, the pace is slower and the locals welcome you with a warm smile,” adds Joe Hickman, Interval International’s executive director for Asia Pacific. “We’re delighted that our members will have the opportunity to visit this tranquil hideaway and enjoy the natural beauty, secluded beaches, and relaxing ambiance of the island.”

The area has excellent snorkelling – coral beds bursting with colourful tropical fish are a short swim from the shore and there’s a SCUBA dive centre, spa with massage therapies, and a relaxing waterfront Palms Café.

Based in Miami, Florida, Interval International is one of the leading pioneers in the vacation ownership world. Founded 34 years ago, today its network spans over 2,500 resorts with offices in 14 countries.
