As part of its ‘Look for the Logo’ consumer awareness scheme, Abta http://abta.com is launching its new “worry free holiday” ads, in time for the peak summer months.
Billboard ads are being put up at three of the UK’s busiest train stations – London Liverpool Street, London Victoria and Manchester Piccadilly – each of which links to one of the UK’s main airports (Stansted, Gatwick and Manchester).
The campaign is set to run for eight weeks over the busiest summer holiday weeks, with the tagline “Abta – your safety net for a worry free holiday”.
Consumers are being encouraged to visit the Abta website to read up on the benefits about booking with Abta members, and familiarise themselves with the Abta code of conduct and consumer helpline.
Victoria Bacon, head of communications at Abta, said: “The advertising is a key part of our integrated ‘Look for the Logo’ campaign that encourages consumers to book with an Abta member.
“With the peak getaway season now upon us, many people will be thinking about a last minute break and we want to ensure that they know the benefits of booking with an Abta member.”
